Things are going fairly smoothly in baby preparation HQ here at Carmen Drive. The nursery is getting close to done. Well, I painted most of the walls and ceiling and hung a new fan in there. I’m really excited about our color choices, very nature oriented. The green at the bottom is springy and woodsy, and we picked the perfect blue for the sky above.
Grandad-to-be has been hard at work on the mural on one wall. In keeping with our Pooh Bear theme, he has sketched the mural in chalk on the wall.
There has been considerable progress since then:
I’m even pleased with the way the clouds look in the background. They are my handiwork not dad’s. They look much better with the figures painted. not bad eh? Everyone should be so lucky.
